Sales Administrator (telesales)
Overview
A leading provider of high-quality educational materials and services based in central London is looking for a Sales Assistant to support the Business Development Manager for Europe, Asia & the Middle East. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic sales department and on many varied and interesting projects with an international focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients
- Maintain and update sales database
- Chase purchase orders & unpaid invoices
- Work with the Production Department to assist in scheduling of print delivery times and pricing
- Assist in mass mailing campaigns
- Liaise with our US office on journal schedule
- Handle renewals of journals
- Research new products and markets
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to multi-task
- Pro-active, resourceful and a good team player
- Adaptable and willing to take on new and different responsibilities as they arise
The successful candidate will also have
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Office based work experience
- A friendly and confident telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
